If You Could Ask God One Question…
If you could ask God one question,
what would you ask? Trevor Newman
puts this question to Christians and
non-Christians alike. The results are
discussed with a panel of Pastors, Church Workers,
Theologians and Lecturers, to see how God answers
the questions through His Word, the Bible.
| Truly knowing the right faith is so confusing, so having a faith rather than the right one is ok?, What happens to young babies (including miscarriages) who die before they've heard and understood the gospel? & The Bible seems filled with people who suffer and are miserable even if they know you. Why don't you care about our happiness? |
|
| Why did you give us a choice, to be bad or good, when we were born innocent? I would have just wanted to skip life, and go straight to heaven! & Will there (ultimately) be peace in the future? |

|
| How can anyone be sure there is life after death? & What happens to people who haven't heard the gospel? |
|
| If I can be forgiven everything, doesn't that mean I can do whatever I like? |
|
| If everything has a beginning then how did you come about? & Are our lives predestined or not? |
|
| Isn't the Bible just a bunch of made up stories? & What is the purpose God intended for me? |
|
| Does God have a sense of humour? If I seek scientific, medical treatment for an illness, does that mean I'm not truly trusting in God's healing power? Does God heal amputees? All good people go to Heaven, right? |

| When Will Satan Retire? Can I Start Over with a Clean Slate? |
|
| If Jesus really was the son of God, how come he was killed? Why do you allow pain and suffering? Why do you hate sex? |
